Our Senior Vice President is Doug Fleming, long time member of the front row union and a formidable prop.

Doug coached at Biggar for many years and was a senior playing rep with the Senior squad before taking up the post of Head Coach at Strathaven in 2024. Having successfully driven that club to the top of West 1 Doug was persuaded to return to Hartree Mill (not hard given his respect and love for Biggar).

Doug farms at Nisbet Farm, Coulter where he tends a ridiculous amount of ground and even more sheep!

In addition to his VP role Doug in Director of Rugby, a task which he relishes.
