The Club was delighted to learn that no fewer than 7 of their U18 squad have been selected to represnt Scotland in the 6 Nations Festival at Wellington College in Berkshire.
The side played Italy on Thursday (26 all draw) and then faced Ireland and England in shortened matches on Monday.
The Girls had a 22-14 defeat against England and then a 12-7 defeat against Ireland.
Despite the defeats the rugby on show was of a high standard with the Biggar girls to the fore. In fact in two of the games, Biggar girls filled 5 of the 7 three-quarter spots which is pretty incredible. Connie Sanderson recorded a hat-trick of tries against Italy and Emma Wylie added conversions to tries against England.
