There was a great turnout on the night for this special Senior Players Awards Dinner. There was an excellent mix of members, coaches and players in the company.
President Gordon Young chaired the evening with fabulous speeches from Craig Whitefield, Stewart Currie, Craig Borthwick and Stuart Harrison who proposed the vote of thanks. Big thanks to those who entertained, to Carolyn Cairns, Jan Harper and their team for an excellent meal, to April and Kim for equally excellent Bar Service and to the Senior Mens group for their organisation.
The Senior Players Awards were made as follows:
2nd XV Coaches Player of the Year awarded by Craig Whitefield and Doug Roper: Ross Dunlop
1st XV Coaches Player of the Year awarded by Craig Borthwick and Jason Reilly: Sam King
R. A. M. Stewart Players Player voted by the Senior mens squad: James Barr
Borthwick Breakthrough Award awarded by Craig Borthwick and Jason Reilly: Stewart Neill
Spirit of Biggar awarded by Hugh Barr: Rowan Stewart
