Louise has lived locally for the past 22 years and became involved with the club through her daughters who both took up rugby. Husband David played as well and so rugby is a huge part of the family's lives and Louise is excited to see so many children and families benefit from what is offered and how this contributes to the growth of the club.
For the past 25 years Louise has worked in leadership across education, health and social care. Her current role specifically relates to quality, improvement and training within the field of neuro-diversity with a specific focus on autism. Her other core function within her current role relates to overseeing the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults, including governance and training for charities, all of which makes her an ideal candidate for the role of Safeguarding Officer at BRFC
