Katie is our Girls Convenor. As a student Katie played rugby for Edinburgh Uni and was quick to become a member at Biggar when her children started at Minis. Katie was soon involved, helping out as a coach and then as an age group co-ordinator.

With all their 3 children playing it wasn't too long before husband Richard also got involved as an age group coach in the Girls section.

The Girls section continues to expand and Katie's role is one which is becoming increasingly important and demanding. Her aim is to increase the number of fixtures across the Girls section and maintain the standards being set by the Ladies squad.
