Last Friday evening (23rd May) a total of 832 members and friends attended our Anniversary Ball in what must be one of the biggest marquees seen.
This was the first of three events over the weekend
Friday: 50th Anniversary Ball
Saturday: Family Fun Day
Sunday: Bagri and Skipinnish concert
with all 3 being a great success and enjoyed by all in attendance.

It goes without saying of course that a weekend celebration with 3 significant events takes some organisation. The Ball committee worked tirelessly to make sure things were in place but they are also very aware and very grateful to all those who turned out to help in the days before, during and after the event. The club depends on the contributions of so many volunteers during the season and it was a big boost for the committee to see so many willing to get involved in supporting the Ball.
